As a new type of agricultural pesticide, insecticide acetamiprid belongs to nitro-methyl heterocyclic compounds. And the chemical name for this product is N-[(6-chloro-3-pyridyl)methyl]-N'-cyano-N-methyl-acetamidine. The mechanism for this product is to act on nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the insect nervous system synapses, interfere obstruction pathway and cause accumulation of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine in the synapses, thus paralyzing and killing the insect eventually. Because it has a different mechanism compared with conventional pesticides, this product has very specific effects to organophosphate, carbamate and pyrethroid-resistant pests. As well as that, it has low toxicity to humans, animals, natural enemies, fish and bees. So it can be applied in hemiptera pests in fruit trees, vegetables and other crops as well as soil pests control after soil treatment by granules.

With regard to half-life, the value is 1.1 to 2.1 days in soil, 420 days in PH 9 soil and 21 days in river water. 50-100mg/L of this chemical can be used in combating aphid, vegetable aphid and peach fruit moth. And concentration of 500mg/L solution has remarkable effects on optical potential moth, orange submarine mot, pear fruit moth and ovals.

Other Products
  • Insecticide Chlorpyrifos-ethyl Insecticide chlorpyrifos-ethyl has medium toxicity and it is highly toxic to fish and aquatic organisms but it is less toxic to bees. The residue period on leaves is 5-7 days and that is much longer in soil. For most crops, there is no toxicity, but it is more sensitive to tobacco and tomato foliar spray. Compared with conventional pesticides, it has lower toxicity to natural enemies, so it can be taken as alternative to highly toxic organophosphorus pesticides...
  • Insecticide Abamectin Insecticide abamectin is a natural product isolated from soil bacteria. Because it has strong contact and stomach poisoning and weak fumigant effect on insects and mites, it can be used for pest control and treatment of livestock caused by poultry nematode, mites and parasitic insects. It doesn't have systemic poisoning effect but it has strong leaf penetration, therefore it can kill the pests under the skin...
